Leaders must Walk the Talk.

1. Share their vision of Service Excellence for their dept/division and their belief in the organization culture at all opportunities.
2. Show enthusiasm and energize others with their commitment to Service Excellence.
3. Exhibit a sense of urgency in achieving goals and objectives.
4. Encourage teamwork within their department and throughout entire organization to accomplish strategic objectives.
5. Help their dept/division set challenging goals to exceed the status quo.
6. Hold themselves and their employees accountable to established Service Standards and defined acceptable behaviors.
7. Communicate with all levels of employees frequently and actively listen to their feedback and suggestions.
8. Tell stories to inspire creativity and innovation to enhance the customer experience.
9. Boost a sense of fun and enjoyment into the work place.
10. Celebrate little successes which eventually become snowballs to big WINS.
